Rum Cream, Reimagined

Most cream liqueurs we tried were just too sweet and sickly. We knew we could do better. We wanted to create a rum cream that was rich and indulgent but still had depth and balance. Using our award-winning Aged Rum as the base gave us exactly that, with a naughty hit of salted caramel thrown in for good measure. Because who doesn’t love salted caramel?

Different Caribbean islands are known for their characterful differences in the rums they produce.

Jamaica

Jamaican rums are typically pot-stilled, high-ester masterpieces bursting with bold tropical fruit, fiery intensity and unparalleled funk. Delivering unmatched character and exotic flavour profiles.

Barbados

Bajan rums are the gold standard for smoothness. They often use a combination of both pot-stilled and column-stilled rums. Barbados also has strict laws against adding artificial sugars or flavourings to their rums.
