1 Large Scoop Vanilla Ice-Cream
50ml Duppy Share Salted Caramel Rum Cream Liqueur
25ml Espresso (single serving)

METHOD

1. Place a large scoop of ice cream into a glass.
2. Pour the hot espresso over the ice cream
3. Slowly drizzle the rum cream over the top.
4. Top with something crunchy and sweet like biscotti, honeycomb or chocolate shavings.
