As a spirit ages, a portion evaporates through the barrels into the air. While whisky makers call this the "Angel's Share," Caribbean folklore tells a different story.

They say that rum-loving Jamaican spirits, known as Duppies, swoop through the distilleries & steal the best of the rum, which they then use to fuel the most epic of parties.

The rum they steal is called the "Duppy's Share."
