We Couldn't Find It. So We Blended It.

Back in 2015, the rum market was totally split. On one side, smooth but boring rums and on the other, unapproachable high-ester rums that were just too hard to drink. We knew something was missing.

We mapped the flavour profiles of every rum we could get our hands on, engineered our absolute dream flavour profile and started blending.

The solution was the perfect Caribbean marriage: fiery tropical fruit and unparalleled Jamaican pot-still funk, balanced with the smooth, oaky caramel of Barbados rum.

We bottled the absolute best of both worlds.

THE BLUEPRINT FOR GREAT RUM

In a world full of artificial flavors, hidden sweeteners and cheap gimmicks, we prefer doing Caribbean culture justice. That’s why our blends are rooted in the most historic and fiercely independent estates.

Island Smoothness

Barbadian rum aged for 5 years in ex-bourbon and sherry casks. Column-distilled for signature Bajan smoothness, with a perfectly balanced profile of toasted coconut, vanilla and dark fruits, anchored by a rich, buttery toffee finish.

Tropical Funk

Jamaican rum, exclusively pot-distilled and aged for at least 3 years in ex-bourbon barrels. High-ester funk brings complex notes of tropical pineapple, bruised banana and rich toffee.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN

Different Caribbean islands are known for their characterful differences in the rums they produce.

Jamaica

Jamaican rums are typically pot-stilled, high-ester masterpieces bursting with bold tropical fruit, fiery intensity and unparalleled funk. Delivering unmatched character and exotic flavour profiles.

Barbados

Bajan rums are the gold standard for smoothness. They often use a combination of both pot-stilled and column-stilled rums. Barbados also has strict laws against adding artificial sugars or flavourings to their rums.
