50ml Duppy Share Aged Rum
10ml Demerara Sugar Syrup
2 Dashes of Bitters
Orange Peel

METHOD

1. Add rum, sugar syrup and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until chilled.
3. Strain over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with orange peel.
