INGREDIENTS

50ml Duppy Share Spiced Rum
25ml Fresh Lime Juice
50ml Pineapple Juice
50ml Cream of Coconut

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with cubed ice.
2. Shake well until chilled.
3. Strain over fresh cubed ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple leaf, cherry or pineapple slice.

For a frozen serve: Blend all ingredients with ice until smooth
