INGREDIENTS

50ml Duppy Share XO Rum
25ml Coffee Liqueur
25ml Cream of Coconut
50ml Espresso
Grated Chocolate

METHOD

1. Add all liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.
2. Shake hard (use a towel if the coffee is hot).
3. Double strain into a brandy or coffee glass.
4. Top with grated chocolate.
