Duppy Share Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

 1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility:

Duppy Share Giveaway ("Campaign") is open to individuals who are 18+ years or older at the time of entry. Entrants much be based in the UK. Employees of Duppy Share and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 2.⁠ ⁠Campaign Period:

The Campaign begins on Nov 1st - Dec 31st 2025.

 3.⁠ ⁠How to Enter:

To enter the Campaign, participants must submit their email address through the official entry form. Only one entry per person is allowed.

 4.⁠ ⁠Prize:

The prize for the Campaign is 1x Duppy Share Aged 450cl. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

 5.⁠ ⁠Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entries. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry within 7 days of the competition end date.

 6.⁠ ⁠Claiming the Prize:

The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, another winner will be selected.

 7.⁠ ⁠Publicity:

By entering the Campaign, participants agree to allow The Duppy Share to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 8.⁠ ⁠Privacy:

All personal information collected during the Campaign will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Campaign and will not be shared with third parties.

 9.⁠ ⁠Disqualification:

Duppy Share reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

10.⁠ ⁠General Conditions:

Duppy Share reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign if any fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the Campaign.

11.⁠ ⁠Governing Law:

The Campaign and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
