50ml Duppy White
200ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
2 Dashes Bitters

METHOD

1. Fill a highball glass with cubed ice.
2. Add rum, lime juice and bitters.
3. Top with pineapple juice, stir gently and garnish with lime.
