50ml Duppy Share White Rum
25ml Fresh Lime Juice
Handful of Mint Leaves
Soda Water
1 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar

1. Add lime juice, sugar and mint leaves to a highball glass and gently muddle.
2. Add rum and fill with crushed ice.
3. Top with soda water, stir and garnish with mint and lime.
