Spooky Season is BACK 

That's right Duppies, to celebrate the scariest season of the year , we are giving you ghosts and ghouls the top 5 rum cocktails recipes to try with your friends and family. If you've got a house party planned or you just having casual drinks at home then we've got just the thing for you.

Duppy Zombie         

Ingredients:

• 25ml Duppy Share Aged
• 25ml Duppy White
• 25ml Duppy Share Spiced
• 15ml Passion Fruit Syrup
• 50ml Pineapple Juice               
• 25ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
• 12.5ml Grenadine
• A Lime Quarter (squeezed)                           
• 1 Dash Orange Bitters

Garnish:                            

• Mint Sprig     
• Lime Wheel

Method:                                              

Add all ingredients, except the Grenadine to an ice filled cocktail shaker, then shake until chilled.  Strain into a Hurricane glass.  Pour the Grenadine around the edge of the glass.  Add your Lime wheel and sprig of Mint to finish.

Duppy Cran-scary

Ingredients:

• 50ml Duppy Share Aged
• 10ml Triple Sec/ Cointreau               
• 12.5ml Sugar Syrup                  
• Cranberry Juice to top

Garnish:

• Orange Peel Twist      
• Pomegranate Seeds  

Method:        

Add Duppy Share Aged, Triple Sec and Sugar Syrup to a Rocks glass with ice. Stir and top with Cranberry Juice. Garnish with Pomegranate seeds and Orange peel.

Duppy Pink Grape-spook   

Ingredients:  

• 50ml Duppy White     
• Pink Grapefruit Soda (We'd recommend Pink Ting, Two Keys or Three Cents)
• A Lime Quarter (squeezed)                 
• 20ml Grenadine                       

Garnish:

• Mint Sprig     

Method:

Add Duppy White to a Collins glass with Lime juice.  Stir and top with ice and Pink Grapefruit soda.  Drizzle Grenadine round edge of glass. Add a sprig of Mint to finish.

Pumpkin PunchDUP

Ingredients:

• 40ml Duppy Share Aged
• 1 Litre Cloudy Apple Juice
• 2 tbs Pumpkin Spice
• 2 tbs Brown Sugar
• 115g Butter

Garnish:

• Cinnamon Stick 

Method:

Melt the Butter in a saucepan and mix in the Sugar and Pumpkin Spice until smooth and golden brown. Add the Apple Juice and bring to the boil. Add 40ml Duppy Share Aged rum to your cup and add in the punch mixture. Garnish with a Cinnamon stick.

Devil's Dark and Stormy:

• 50ml Duppy Share Aged 
• 1 can Ginger Beer
• 15ml Sugar Syrup
• 25ml Lime Juice

Garnish:

• Lime wedge 

Method:

Add the Rum, Sugar Syrup and Lime Juice to a Highball glass. Top with Ginger Beer and stir. Serve over ice and garnish with a wedge of Lime.
